Delivery Information.
For Next day deliveries, all orders need to be received and processed before 12 noon. A tracking number will be issued once all paperwork and packaging is complete. During the busier periods delivery times may be effected.
Any orders received after 12 noon, will then be dispatched the following working day.
Small, light and medium parcels will be delivered either by Evri or FedEx. Pallet shipments will be delivered via Response Logistic
Small and Light Between 0-4 Kgs a carriage charge between £3.60 and £9.00 Inc Vat will be added.
Medium Parcels over 4 Kgs up to 12Kgs will be charged at £15.00 Inc Vat
Heavy Parcels Between 12Kgs – 25Kgs will be charged at £24.00 Inc Vat

All Liners will be dispatched on pallets, so charges will be as below.
Orders Under £600 Inc Vat a charge of £66 Inc Vat will be added.
Orders Over £600 Inc Vat is FOC

If ordering just 1 stove, a carriage charge of £66 Inc Vat will be added
If ordering 2 or more stoves, carriage charge will be FOC
Returns Information.
After you have received your delivery, we hope that you will be happy with the purchase that you have made and that it will be fit for the install as you require. However, we are aware sometimes this may not be the case for whatever reason, it could be as simple as it is not the part you require.
Therefore, we are happy for you to return the goods if they are in the original packaging and free from any damage (re-saleable condition) within 14 days of purchase.
Before sending any products back to us, please send a message via our contact page, including your name, order number, items being returned and reason for your return. We will then acknowledge your request.
It is up to the customer to get the goods back to us. Companies you may use for returns are, Hermes, Post Office, FedEx. Any pallet returns, please contact us direct for advice.
On receiving the goods back, we will inspect them for any damage. If the goods have been damaged in transit on the way back to us, it is up to you as a customer to pursue a claim through the courier with which you chose to send the goods back with.
If on inspecting the goods, we find they are in a re-sellable condition we will issue a full refund. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back to us. However, this is usually done within the same working week.
Orders which are returned, where a customer has ordered in error or decided to cancel, will be refunded minus the cost of carriage to J and R Hill Ltd. This is NOT the amount paid by the customer, but the direct cost to J and R Hill Ltd to deliver the goods.
Please note if you are purchasing a Full Flue Liner Kit only a full kit can be returned. No Individual parts from the kit can be returned for any refund.
