Description
The DEKS Seldek is an aluminum based flashing solution with a flexible EPDM rubber boot for pipes and penetrations through slate and tile roofs.
The part number SDA103B is offered with a boot that suits pipe penetrations from 160mm to 300mm to suit flues and chimneys. The boot can be trimmed on site to suit the penetration. It is ingeniously locked to a high grade and malleable 99.9% pure aluminum base and is lead-free. The Seldek aluminum won’t stain or corrode roofs and gutters.
This is an economical way to flash a tile roof and is suitable for a roof pitches between 0 and 45 degrees, making it an ideal solution for penetrations on flat roofs.

Delivery Information.
For Next day deliveries, all orders need to be received and processed before 12 noon. A tracking number will be issued once all paperwork and packaging is complete. During the busier periods delivery times may be effected.
Any orders received after 12 noon, will then be dispatched the following working day.
Small, light and medium parcels will be delivered either by Evri or FedEx. Pallet shipments will be delivered via Response Logistic
Small and Light Between 0-4 Kgs a carriage charge between £3.60 and £9.00 Inc Vat will be added.
Medium Parcels over 4 Kgs up to 12Kgs will be charged at £15.00 Inc Vat
Heavy Parcels Between 12Kgs – 25Kgs will be charged at £24.00 Inc Vat
